How quoting works
Is the price fixed before work starts?
Yes. The ranges above reflect typical scope for each tier. After a free consultation we send a written scope with a fixed price and timeline, and nothing is billed until you approve it.
What if my project spans two service areas?
That is common — a Python app with an Excel front end, or an AI assistant wired into a Power Automate flow. We quote it as one project at the tier that matches the overall scope, so you are not paying for two separate engagements.
Can I start small and expand later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Basic project to prove the value, then scale to Standard or Premium work once the first automation is paying for itself. Everything we build is designed to grow.
Do I need a support subscription?
No. Every project includes a comprehensive SOP with troubleshooting guidance so you can run it independently. The subscription is for clients who would rather have us on call for updates and hands-on help.
